COINAD

Terms of Service

⚠️ NOT LEGAL ADVICE — placeholder text, not reviewed by counsel.

This document was drafted to describe how CoinAd behaves so that a qualified lawyer has something concrete to work from. It has not been reviewed, it is not tailored to any jurisdiction, and it must not be relied upon. Have counsel review and replace it before launching, accepting payment, or processing personal data.

1. Acceptance

PLACEHOLDER. By accessing CoinAd you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What CoinAd provides

PLACEHOLDER. CoinAd provides an advertising and information platform. CoinAd does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice, does not sell or offer securities, and does not endorse any listed project.

3. Market data

PLACEHOLDER. Market data is sourced from third parties and provided on an 'as is' basis. It may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. CoinAd does not warrant its accuracy and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

4. Paid boosts

PLACEHOLDER. Boosts purchase visibility only, are non-transferable, and confer no guarantee of a specific ranking except where a placement is explicitly sold as fixed. CoinAd may remove boosts obtained fraudulently without refund.

5. Prohibited conduct

PLACEHOLDER. You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings.
  • Submit tokens you do not control while claiming ownership.
  • Use automated means to inflate boosts, watchlists or supporter counts.
  • Misrepresent a project's contract address, team, or audit status.

6. Limitation of liability

PLACEHOLDER — requires counsel. Cryptocurrency trading carries a substantial risk of total loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinAd is not liable for any trading losses.
